We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer for a co-founder role, based in Sydney, with flexibility for remote work. As a founding team member, you will architect, design, and develop software solutions that comprise Voltaire’s AI-powered platform. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, secure code, building back-end systems, scaling the platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business goals. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision of the company and building a robust product to help legal teams deliver greater access to justice.
