Co‑founders Cale Donovan and Sam McConkey say the company is preparing to unveil that unified platform. The startup raised a $10 million Series A led by Perennial Partners and Ord Minnett Private Capital. The company says the new capital will be directed into three core components of the business as it scales. Bare has previously raised funding from investors including OIF Ventures, Athletic Ventures, Simon Griffiths and Andrew Bogut. The raise brings the company’s total funding to $15 million over the past three years.
