The company was founded in 2024 by 24-year-old Australian entrepreneur Annie Liao, who relocated to San Francisco to immerse herself in the city’s technology culture. Liao now leads a globally distributed five-person team while living in a hacker house that fosters collaboration with other founders. The product’s core features include AI strategy assessment tools, skill-building programs, and analytics that quantify investment performance. Although still at the pre-launch stage, Build Club has secured initial funding to accelerate development and go-to-market efforts. No revenue or user metrics have yet been disclosed, reflecting the company’s early status. Future plans involve expanding its customer base across the United States and Australia and adding talent to the team.
