Co‑founded by Atkins and Kim Hansen, the company operates in Australia, the US, the U.K., India and has recently entered Singapore. Cake plans to use new funding to fuel global expansion and aims to launch in more than 20 countries over the next 18 months. Financially, Cake completed a seed financing in March 2022 to support these growth plans. The company is listed as Cake Equity Pty Ltd and positions itself at the intersection of cap table management and employee equity administration.
