Mission

CreditMax is a West Palm Beach, FL-based electronic exchange that facilitates the sale and purchase of distressed consumer debt via its NDSE Trading Platform. The NDSE exchange enables sellers to list debt for sale on national, regional, state, local, or account-specific bases and lets buyers identify, analyze, and acquire portfolios efficiently. The company plans to expand the NDSE Trading Platform and to launch a debt lending program for qualified debt buyers. CreditMax received a growth equity investment of undisclosed size from PPF Finance LLC (a subsidiary of PartnerRe Ltd.) and Metropolitan Equity Partners. As part of the transaction, PartnerRe and Metropolitan Equity Partners joined the company's board. The company's board and advisory roster includes industry veterans Les Biller, Herb Lurie, and Michael Hayward.
