By surfacing and fixing fulfilment, shipping, and return problems in real time, the software aims to reduce ‘where-is-my-order’ inquiries and improve customer experience. Founded by Jevon Le Roux, Tahir Rauf, and Tracy Godtschalk, the company positions itself as a proactive operations layer for modern retail tech stacks. With fresh capital in hand, Keeyu plans to accelerate growth, extend adoption of its platform, and bolster product capabilities ahead of upcoming peak retail seasons.
