Keeyu builds an AI Agent platform that continuously monitors the entire e-commerce order journey—including payment, fulfillment, delivery, and returns—and automatically resolves issues before shoppers contact customer support. The Sydney-based startup already supports more than 15 retailers spanning 25 brands such as Decjuba, Rebel Sport NZ, and Camilla. By surfacing and fixing fulfilment, shipping, and return problems in real time, the software aims to reduce ‘where-is-my-order’ inquiries and improve customer experience. Founded by Jevon Le Roux, Tahir Rauf, and Tracy Godtschalk, the company positions itself as a proactive operations layer for modern retail tech stacks.
