Dateline is advancing the Colosseum Gold–Rare Earths project in California, targeting both gold-bearing breccia-pipe systems and rare-earth potential. The company recently raised $25 million at $0.215 per share to accelerate drilling and an expanded field program based on this year’s geophysics and gravity work. Dateline reports six new breccia-pipe anomalies and modeling that indicates the system could extend roughly 300 meters below historical drilling. The Colosseum project lies under 10 km north of MP Materials’ Mountain Pass mine, and Dateline says its MT/gravity model echoes a carbonatite signature similar to Mountain Pass. GR Engineering Services has been appointed to coordinate the BFS (metallurgy, flowsheet, plant design, site infrastructure and financial modeling) with a final investment decision targeted for early 2026. The company began trading on the OTCQB under ticker DTREF in June, has boosted cash on hand to more than $35 million, and is taking steps toward possible U.S. SEC registration; its share price has risen sharply this year.
