Hayylo is a customer-focused, fully customisable customer experience platform that helps community care organisations communicate, collaborate and keep customer promises. The platform is designed to maximise communication, engagement and collaboration across health care services. Hayylo supports tens of thousands of elderly customers and enterprise teams nationally, and the company doubled in size across 2019 into 2020. Its client list includes integratedliving Australia, Churches of Christ Queensland, NovaCare, Lifecare and Goodwin Aged Care. The founders were driven by personal experience with the complexities of interacting with home care services and aim to help people remain independent and connected to services, family and providers. Hayylo says it plans to accelerate growth and broaden capabilities as community care organisations increasingly adopt customer-facing technology in response to COVID-19 and the Royal Commission.
