Customers and partners include major REITs and property managers—Charter Hall, Scentre Group, Lendlease, Dell, QIC, The GPT Group—and a partnership with CBRE; the company also has established operations in Europe. CIM has received recognition including the Telstra Business Awards (NSW), a sustainability award at the Analytics and AI Awards, and listings in the AFR Fast 100 and the FT Asia‑Pacific High‑Growth Companies. Financially, CIM completed a Series A raise of AU$10 million in September 2022. The company plans to use the new capital to expand into Asia and North America and to double headcount over the next 12 months.
