Founded in 2021 by brothers Paul and Michael Lutkajtis, Factory provides a cloud-based platform that manages manufacturing workflows from initial quote through purchasing and delivery. Its customizable tools help smaller manufacturers track jobs, coordinate purchasing, and streamline shop-floor operations. Headquartered in Sydney, the company now supports more than 200 customers across Australia, North America, and the UK. Factory’s product roadmap includes deepening its feature set through expanded engineering resources and enhancing go-to-market capabilities. With fresh capital, the company plans to launch U.S. operations beginning in Texas, signaling an intent to scale internationally. Although revenue figures were not disclosed, the new funding strengthens Factory’s financial position to accelerate product development and geographic expansion.
