Mission

Saasguru is an Australia- and U.S.-based edtech platform that trains new graduates and tech workers for cloud roles across platforms like Salesforce, AWS, GCP, Azure and ServiceNow. Its product combines initial assessments, personalized learning pathways, TikTok-like micromodules, mentoring, peer-to-peer learning and hands-on assignments to prepare learners for certifications and jobs. The company offers 15 programs, with course lengths that range from about 30 hours for self-paced certification prep to 300 hours for career bootcamps. Saasguru serves both individual learners and about 20 cloud consulting firms, and its content and community (webinars, one-on-one mentoring, Slack) support placement and upskilling. To date the platform has been used by roughly 40,000 students across 20 countries. Saasguru plans to use the new funding to add more cloud certifications and expand its training offerings. saasguru is a SaaS- and AI-based marketplace providing certification exam preparation solutions, founded in 2021 by Amit Choudhary and based in Sydney. The platform combines certification-aligned microlearning modules and practice tests curated and sourced from leading practitioners. It delivers content through an intuitive platform enriched with AI-driven insights and a gamified learning experience to help learners pass certifications on the first attempt and fast-track careers in SaaS. saasguru focuses on cert prep for the Top 10 fastest-growing SaaS platforms and aims to solve the cloud skills crisis by bridging learning and certifications. The company is working toward building a community of employers, gurus, and learners and plans to expand its network of gurus and its certification programs. Financially, saasguru raised $1.3 million in a seed round in January 2022 led by Square Peg Capital with participation from Black Nova.
