Mission

Pactify offers a digital SaaS agreement-creator and CRM platform designed to reduce administrative burden, complex workflows, and legal overhead for talent managers and creators. The founders, CEO Rahul Moudgil and CTO Nagendra Yadav, leverage backgrounds in IP licensing and founder experience to build a scalable product. Since launching an MVP in February 2024, Pactify onboarded three paying MVP users, collected feedback from over 50 talent managers and 1,000 full-time content creators, and secured 20 Letters of Intent from talent agencies. The product roadmap includes AI-driven analytics and seamless integrations to further automate deal creation and management ahead of a planned Beta release in November. Pactify has established strategic partnerships with four influencer marketing agencies and is focused on expanding distribution and user acquisition. The company plans to use funding to enhance the product, grow headcount across product, marketing and customer success, and scale go-to-market efforts.
