Mission

Rental Heroes offers an AI-based tenant request SaaS platform that lets tenants interact with a digital property assistant, “Alex,” via Messenger rather than an app or portal. The platform automates triage and resolution of tenancy questions and integrates with property management systems including PropertyMe, Palace, VaultRE, IRE, Property Tree and soon Console Cloud. Since launching in January 2020 the company has grown to more than 40,000 users and counts customers such as LJ Hooker, Century 21, First National, Professionals, Raine & Horne and Jellis Craig. The startup says its tech is intended to support property managers by reducing time spent on communications and easing recruitment gaps in the industry. Rental Heroes plans to use the new funding to enhance Alex’s AI capabilities, expand partner integrations, build a sales team and launch additional end-user communication channels. The company is pursuing international expansion into the US and UK via existing integration partnerships.
