Mission

Consolidated Linen Service (CLS) is an industrial laundry business that provides linen and garment laundering across regional Queensland, with service areas from the Sunshine Coast through to the Whitsundays and Airlie Beach. The company was founded in 1990 by Neville and Morena Roberts and remains family-run, with the next generation now overseeing day-to-day operations. CLS serves about 800 customers across the mining, healthcare, hospitality, and aged care sectors. Its operations process roughly 400 tonnes of laundry each week, which the company says is equivalent to 700,000 towels' worth of laundry. The core product is large-scale commercial laundry services for institutional and industrial clients. CLS recently secured $6 million in growth capital from the Australian Business Growth Fund.
