Mission

Unseen has developed an AI-driven platform combining a custom template language, a proprietary data processing engine, and language-driven AI to make market intelligence easy for non-technical users. The company is starting in commercial real estate but plans to be industry-agnostic, and has built templates and the platform with beta early-adopter partners. Before spinning out, the analytics engine was built as a custom enterprise function for Investa and supported investment decisions, including in one instance to acquire US$15b of commercial real estate assets across the US and Canada. Unseen publicly launched a partnership with Arealytics in November 2023 to combine Arealytics' property data with Unseen's AI; Arealytics is expanding to 38 markets over the next five years with Unseen as the analytics engine. The founders, Joanna Marsh (CEO) and William Cosby (CTO), bring deep real estate and data science experience and have assembled a senior team of eight industry and tech veterans. The company received Pre-Seed funding from Antler and is currently raising a seed round to expand in Australia, improve UX, commercialise the business, hire talent, and invest in brand and go-to-market partnerships.
