Tecala provides consulting, managed IT services and cloud solutions, including managed cloud, IT support, communications services, cyber security and intelligent automation. The company says it has spent 15 years building a mid-market footprint and was named Rubrik’s ‘Managed Service Provider Partner of the Year’ after becoming Rubrik’s first authorised support partner in APAC in 2021. Tecala plans to use new funding to fuel a national growth strategy, extend its mid-market customer base and expand its presence in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Management intends to add staff to meet growing customer demand and increase investment into emerging technology areas. A portion of the funding will be used to pursue strategic, targeted acquisitions to broaden service offerings. The existing board and leadership remain in place while new board members will support scaling and market leadership goals.
