Mission

Medoo is developing a shared online workspace that lets coaches and coachees collate notes, archive reflections, visualise progress, and stay connected between sessions. Its first product iteration focuses on tools to construct, track and visualise a coaching journey and to surface behavioural and thought patterns for coachees. The platform emphasises asynchronous connection and progress visualisations to deepen coach–coachee relationships and communicate coaching value. The founders, Paulwyn Devasundaram and Allard van Helbergen, bring operator experience from Atlassian, Canva and Google and have actively engaged the coaching community pre-launch. Medoo has run community panels, recruited beta users from the coaching community, and maintains a waitlist ahead of product launch. The team aims to become a go-to toolkit for coaches and to support adoption by corporates and internal coaching teams as the coaching market grows.
