Mission

Symphony Infrastructure Partners develops, operates and owns specialised infrastructure services critical to Australia’s energy transition, offering end-to-end solutions for transmission infrastructure and grid connections. Established in 2022 and announced from Sydney, the group is consolidating and scaling Australian sovereign capability by acquiring and integrating portfolio businesses. The recent financing will allow Symphony to complete the acquisition of five new portfolio companies and establish one of Australia’s leading independent energy infrastructure services platforms. Together with its existing businesses, Symphony provides customers integrated solutions for major transmission infrastructure and grid connection services. The company employs over 1,000 staff and operates nationally, and it plans to continue investing to significantly expand the capacity of its portfolio companies to accelerate the energy transition. Advisors on the transaction included Lazard Australia, Allens and Kain Lawyers.
