Financially, the show has just completed a first round of investment and is beginning to professionalize distribution. Angel investor Alan Jones participated in that round and is backing the team based on their storytelling ability. Jones’s involvement brings experience from his roles as chief growth hacker at BlueChilli and as an investor at Startmate and Blackbird Ventures.
