Servicely (Servicely Pty Ltd) is a Sydney-based SaaS startup founded in 2020 that provides an AI-powered enterprise service management (ESM) platform for IT, HR, and facilities management. Its platform observes and analyzes staff workflows to provide tailored recommendations, automate workflows, and augment service team capabilities. Applications include IT service management, enterprise service management, AI-powered workflow automation, telecoms service management, and an offering for ServiceNow. The company targets mid-enterprise organizations and says its solution can double the efficiency of service desks in under 30 days. In May 2023 Servicely raised $3.0M in a funding round led by EVP to enhance its AI-driven ESM platform and expand internationally. The investment will be used to further develop product functionality and support international expansion. Founder Dion Williams launched and bootstrapped the business in 2020 and the company lists Australian customers including Morgans Financial, NST, and Patterson Cheney, and international customers such as Horizon House, TCV Equity Partners, and Goodman Telecoms. In July 2022 Servicely closed its first external capital, a $1.2 million seed round backed by a mix of high‑net‑worth individuals and a family office. Williams said the funding will be used for additional product development, further overseas expansion, and to boost sales and marketing. Lead investors were undisclosed.
