About
Faethm provides an AI workforce analytics platform that models technology and macro forces' impacts on jobs, identifies reskilling and upskilling needs, and maps skill pathways for workforce planning.
Mission
Faethm’s AI engine is trained on billions of workforce data points to predict the impact of dynamic forces such as AI, Covid-19 and robotics on current and future jobs. Its predictive modelling indicates which jobs need re‑skilling versus up‑skilling and maps exact skill pathways to move people to new roles. The platform is used by strategy and transformation teams to assess technological opportunities and plan change. Faethm serves hundreds of clients across six continents, including Adobe, KPMG, Rio Tinto, the UK Government and Telstra. In April 2020 Faethm partnered with MIT Technology Review to analyse the impact of Covid‑19 on the workplace. The company has received recognition from industry: Gartner named Faethm one of five Cool Vendors in Human Capital in 2019, and it received a Tech Rocketship Award from the UK Government’s Department of Trade in 2018.
