Mission

Rise is a layer-2 blockchain built on Ethereum designed to solve transaction speed limits by enabling more than 100,000 transactions per second. The project was developed beginning in 2023 by founders Sam Battenally, Nguyễn Quang Hải (CTO), and Sasha Mai. Rise positions itself to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second while preserving blockchain decentralization. The team highlights practical plans to unlock new decentralized applications and drive end‑user adoption by removing current throughput constraints. Technically focused on scalability, the product targets a throughput class among the highest in the market. Financially, Rise recently completed a seed financing to support development and growth.
