Zip is a digital payments and retail finance company offering consumer installment financing and merchant-facing Zip Business platform to enable POS payments, split-pay options, and merchant integrations across markets.
Mission
Zip Co offers digital retail finance and payments products, including consumer financing solutions and the Zip Business platform. The company is focused on expansion within the U.S. market and on refining and broadening its portfolio of consumer financing products. To support growth of its U.S. receivables, Zip secured a US$225 million refinancing debt facility with Victory Park Capital. The three-year facility is intended to provide strategic timing and flexibility to drive innovation across new and existing product lines. Zip has an extended relationship with Victory Park Capital dating to 2015, when they closed an A$108 million asset-backed warehouse that later grew to A$200 million, and in 2020 closed a A$100 million debt facility to fund receivables and support Zip Business.
