Mission
Pyn builds a platform for radically personalized internal employee communications, aiming to replace broad company‑wide messages with targeted, relevant messaging. It pulls data from existing systems such as Workday, BambooHR, Salesforce and Zendesk to segment employees and deliver tailored communications, and it tracks opens and engagement like a marketing tool. The product includes a library of customizable communications and management playbooks to help orchestrate management practices and build culture. TechCrunch coverage notes plans to create handbooks and integrate AI to assist onboarding for remote employees. Pyn launched in 2019 and currently has around 10 employees working across Australia and the Bay Area. Early customers include Shopify, Rubrik and Carta; the founders said they are not yet disclosing customer counts.
