Mission

Brennan delivers systems integration and managed services, supporting over 1,700 business customers across Australia with solutions that span cloud, cybersecurity, AI-driven automation and general IT outsourcing. Operating for 28 years, the company has achieved an average annual revenue growth rate of 21.5 % and has scaled to more than 1,000 employees. Recent acquisitions—including Forsythes Technology (2021), MOQ and Clade Solutions (2022), and Nuago (2023)—have broadened its national delivery capabilities. The firm recently introduced a “Fixed Fee, Fixed Outcome” model aimed at eliminating cost overruns in digital transformation projects. With Macquarie Capital’s new backing, Brennan plans to accelerate strategic M&A, deepen investment in sovereign AI, automation and cybersecurity capabilities, and pursue larger Australian government and private-sector contracts. Management also sees the funding as a springboard for selective international expansion, positioning Australia to compete globally in systems integration. Founder and Managing Director Dave Stevens continues to lead the company and remains the majority shareholder.
