Service NSW was its first customer and the business was supported by the NSW government; it now serves a global blue-chip client base across Europe and North America, including Amex, AMP, Costco and Ikea. Founder and CEO Dr Terry Roach launched Capsifi in 2013 and the company says it has strong market momentum. The recent capital injection is intended to support continued international expansion and to accelerate planned product development and innovation.
