Founded by Assaf Stizki and AI expert Ken Brand, Restoke.ai focuses on restaurant process automation and team management. The company reports more than 2,000 restaurants using its platform across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the US. Restoke will use the new funding to fuel expansion into the US market. Restoke Pty Ltd raised $5.1 million in an undisclosed round in September 2024.
