Mission
No Meat operates a BRC-certified production facility in Coldstream, British Columbia that manufactures a range of plant-based protein products from nuggets and hamburgers to whole-muscle lines for brand partners. The company is building a second, larger production facility in the Pacific Northwest that will begin operations later this year and add capabilities for plant-based deli, sausage, hot dog and ready-to-eat products, plus stuffed items. Current manufacturing includes a convenience line and a high-moisture extrusion line, with bulk and retail packaging capability; the new site will add meaningful convenience-line capacity. Today No Meat primarily manufactures for brands sold into retail and foodservice, and plans to expand into private-label retail sales and direct foodservice channels. Management emphasizes integrated on-site processing and packaging to increase efficiency and reduce costs versus fragmented supply chains. The company raised $42m to support geographic expansion, R&D and scaling its manufacturing footprint.
