One Future Football (1FF) is a virtual, narrative-driven soccer league built around more than 250 CGI-generated players and 12 founding member teams. Its matches consist of 12 weekly games across two rounds, broadcast globally, and Season 1 begins on June 23. Players have crafted backstories and diverse lived experiences intended to help new fans find relatable heroes; the roster represents 88 countries. The product emphasizes fan engagement through storytelling, player ownership and interactive experiences such as player social accounts, player cards and Club Credits. Founders Peter Davis and Rohit Bhargava — both serial entrepreneurs with prior startups and sports-related experience — lead the company from its Melbourne base. 1FF plans monetization via traditional sports channels (kit sales, commercial partnerships, pitch-side advertising) plus digital-native channels specific to its virtual platform.
