About
Casu is an end-to-end platform that instantly matches casual construction laborers with employers and integrates with payroll to streamline hiring, scheduling, and payments.
Mission
Casu provides an end‑to‑end platform that instantly matches casual construction labourers with employers and integrates with payroll software to streamline hiring and payment. The company launched in 2022 and has built an initial product that Antler judged to address fragmented, antiquated systems in the construction labour market. Traction to date includes over 300 workers signed up and 30 construction businesses on standby, plus five industry advisors. Casu plans to use current funding to hire a CTO and launch the next iteration of its product. Founders Gretel Wilson and Sam Clarke aim to eventually extend the matching solution beyond construction to other sectors that need skilled flexible workers. The company is at pre‑seed stage and is currently raising additional capital.
