Mission

Midnight Health is a Brisbane-founded online prescription and telehealth service offering 27 home-delivery products across three brands, covering contraception, sexual health, sleep, blood pressure, smoking cessation, weight, hair loss and skin conditions. The company was founded in late 2020 by Nic Blair and Matt Anderso and launched in February 2021. From a customer base of more than 30,000 people in August last year, Midnight Health has serviced more than 85,000 Australians with electronic scripts and facilitated over 100,000 doctor consults since launch. Its core product combines telehealth doctor consultations with electronic prescriptions and pharmacy home delivery, supported by IT and service platforms. The business plans to use new capital to build scale and further develop its IT and service platforms to expand its offering. Regulatory changes requiring a phone or video consultation before issuing a prescription from September have required the company to adapt its operating model.
