Mission

Diversity Atlas is a data analytics platform born out of Cultural Infusion that measures cultural diversity and sentiment using a proprietary algorithm developed over seven years. The platform claims the world’s largest dataset of its kind, with over 45k human identity data points, and was officially launched in 2019. Its team of data engineers, anthropologists and subject-matter experts provides normalised, granular data to help companies assess diversity profiles, drive organisational change, improve employee engagement and meet ESG goals. The platform is used by organisations across the globe with sizes ranging from 50 to more than 1 million. To support high growth, Diversity Atlas expects to double its team and focus expansion on key markets in the EU and North America. The company recently secured bridge funding to support commercial growth following unprecedented demand.
