Catalyser offers a cloud platform that automates traditionally under-automated corporate social responsibility activities—volunteering, workplace fundraising and pro-bono/in-kind giving—while capturing auditable employee engagement data. The company raised $1 million in an oversubscribed funding round to accelerate global expansion with a particular focus on Asian markets such as Hong Kong and Singapore. Scalare Partners led the round, and the raise is intended to supercharge Catalyser’s entry into new markets and support growth. Co-Founder and Co-CEO Aivee Robinson positions the product as meeting rising demand for measurable social impact as companies face increasing ESG expectations and non-financial disclosure requirements. Catalyser already counts blue-chip employers among its users, including KPMG, Deloitte, Energy Australia, nib, TPG and Telecom. The company will also leverage Scalare’s network of investors, advisors and partners to plug skills gaps and facilitate market entry.
