Founded in 2022 by Dr Joshua Case and Phoebe Bardsley, Go Locum has launched a Go Ireland partnership with Rosata Recruitment to run a mutual gap year program between Australia and Ireland. The startup describes itself as an impact-focused social enterprise and plans to launch a youth entrepreneurship program for remote and regional communities later this year. Current plans funded by the recent raise include international expansion and the launch of a mobile app to streamline locum recruitment in Australia. The platform emphasizes speeding up verification and creating a transparent, enjoyable digital job-search experience for medical professionals.
