Vivi provides a SaaS-based wireless screen mirroring and digital signage tool designed to enhance classroom collaboration, control, and creativity. Engineered by educators, the platform is positioned as an agnostic visual learning and content delivery solution to make teachers more efficient and students more engaged. Vivi’s product is used in over 40,000 classrooms by more than 250,000 teachers and students across 12 countries. Led by CEO Natalie Mactier and Founder & Executive Chairman Dr. Lior Rauchberger, the company emphasizes educator-led design and classroom impact. Vivi raised US$20m (A$26.5m) and intends to deploy the funds to bolster customer support, sales and marketing, and product development. The company continues to expand its adoption internationally while investing in growth and support capabilities. Vivi International develops classroom management software and a screen mirroring solution that lets teachers roam the classroom while students instantly share screens for feedback. Its product set includes screen mirroring, digital signage, emergency broadcast, formative assessment and student health and wellbeing checks. The company surveys more than 125,000 active users each quarter to inform product and feature development. Vivi intends to use new funding to expand into the US market and replicate its Australian growth. Leadership is led by founder Lior Rauchberger and CEO Natalie Mactier. To date the company has raised AUD$6m over a four-year period.
