ezyCollect is an Australian-owned end-to-end order-to-cash platform that automates the collections process for small and medium businesses. Founded by AJ Singh and Raj Kuckreja in 2015, the cloud-based app integrates with accounting or ERP software to automate personalised payment reminders, track invoices, offer online payment options, and provide real-time credit scores and predictive debtor risk. The company says it serves more than 1,000 paying businesses across 24 countries and has A$1.7 billion in receivables under management. A majority of customers report an 11-day reduction in late payments, improving cashflow and reducing the need for manual collections staff. ezyCollect emphasizes quick setup—customers can connect existing accounts software in minutes and receive customer support to begin automating collections. The company has stated the funding will help it deliver the platform internationally and expand its global reach. EzyCollect offers a cloud-based platform that automates debt collection for small and medium-sized enterprises through fully automated follow-up emails, SMS and dispute management. The platform was launched more than 18 months before the round and the company reports it now has more than 1,000 users across eight countries and paying customers and revenue. Founder Arjun Singh says the product takes a proactive approach to payments to change payment culture from reactive to proactive. The company plans to use the funding primarily to raise awareness among SMEs and for further product development. Management intends to prioritise gaining local traction in Australia before pursuing international expansion.
