Mission

Sensor Global develops cloud-connected smart residential devices for property management, launching its first IoT product—a patented smart smoke alarm—in Australia this month. The smoke alarm alerts users to tampering, power loss, or cleaning needs and integrates with property managers' CRM and trust management systems for remote testing and 24/7 compliance audits. The company says its devices reduce risk, provide safety improvements, save time and costs, and remove the need for costly annual physical inspections. Sensor Global spent two years on research and development and has pre-sold its devices to community housing and selected property managers. It plans to launch a suite of IoT devices over the next six months, including water leak detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and optional water shut-off valves. Financially, Sensor Global completed a $2.65 million Seed round and is initiating discussions for an additional $2.4 million raise to support expansion into the U.S. later this year.
