EnvisionVR is a mobile platform that delivers virtual and augmented reality property walkthroughs for off‑the‑plan developments. Founded in 2019, the company enables buyers to visualise future homes on phones, tablets, VR headsets or the web, positioning itself as a more accessible alternative to tethered or high‑powered PC solutions. In the past 18 months agents have showcased and sold more than $500 million of property using the platform, and the company recently raised $2.585 million. Founder Michael Shaw estimates roughly $2.2 billion is wasted in holding costs for off‑the‑plan developments in Australia, and says EnvisionVR's adoption demonstrates clear demand for their solution. The company operates sales teams in Australia and the UK and has a partner network of over 20 CGI studios across six countries, serving homebuilders, project marketing agencies and developers. EnvisionVR plans to use the funds for international expansion, to scale its global CGI partner network, grow its team and further develop tools to empower 3D designers to create VR experiences quickly.
