Fluent Commerce is a global software company specialising in large-scale inventory availability data management and distributed order management for commerce. Its flagship product, Fluent Order Management, offers real-time inventory visibility, order orchestration, fulfilment optimisation, in-store pick-and-pack, customer service tools and reporting. In January 2026 the company released Fluent Connect, an AI-powered integration platform that links the OMS to payment gateways, carriers and POS systems in hours instead of weeks, reducing implementation complexity and speeding time-to-value. The platform is used by leading brands such as Prada Group, L'Oréal, Kingfisher, LVMH and JD Sports. Fluent Commerce positions itself as the “decision-making engine” for AI-ready commerce operations and plans to scale faster with additional AI-driven capabilities. The new capital injection is intended to fund further AI investments, accelerate customer acquisition and drive continued international expansion.
