About

Motorcycle Innovation develops the Motoinno TS3 triangulated steering-suspension, building prototypes and bespoke Shockwave streetfighter and Moto2 bikes using CAD/FEA, CNC fabrication, composite and titanium, Ducati engines, track testing.

Mission

Motorcycle Innovation develops the Motoinno TS3, a patented triangulated steering and suspension system intended to replace traditional telescopic forks. The company built a proof-of-concept TS3 prototype using a Ducati 900SS engine and a milled aluminium chassis, and conducted track testing with MotoGP setup expert Warren Willing. Founders Ray Van Steenwyk and Colin Oddy adapted CAD, FEA and CNC fabrication to produce the design and have pursued patent protection. Motorcycle Innovation plans bespoke production of a high-end Shockwave streetfighter using a liquid-cooled Ducati 1198cc Testastretta engine and extensive carbon-composite and titanium components to target a circa 110 kg curb weight. The firm also intends to develop a TS3 Moto2 racebike using a 600cc Moto2 engine for comparative track racing in Australia and the European CEV championship. Recent government and investor support has been secured to enable manufacturing and further development.
