Mission
BlueVolt is developing easy-to-install solar energy systems that include battery storage as standard. The company was founded in late 2016 by Matt Edwards and Sam Wagner, who were soon joined by Alison Wenham and Catherine Chan. It currently has no revenue, no customers, and no product on the market. BlueVolt aims to deliver a basically ""plug-and-play"" solar systems product. The team plans to launch a product into the market before the end of the year. Founder Matt Edwards drew on roughly ten years working on technology transfer at the University of New South Wales in shaping the company’s direction.
