The company sells its own branded range across its channels and controls production and distribution. Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF) has invested capital to support INSKIN’s continued growth. ABGF will take a seat on INSKIN’s board and act as an active investor and strategic growth partner. Through ABGF’s global network, the fund will help prepare INSKIN for a launch into broader international markets. Hamilton Locke acted for ABGF on the transaction.
