FMClarity provides a modern, intuitive platform designed to simplify facility and property management across devices and user skill levels. The product automates work orders, compliance processes and documentation, and includes instant messaging to streamline communications between frontline staff, in-house teams and external contractors. The system has gone through multiple iterations and has attracted a collection of engaged customers who endorsed the product. Founder and CEO Richard Ham built the platform from his experience in commercial real estate and property management. FMClarity is positioning to scale and focus on opportunities in aged care, healthcare and education. Melbourne Angels backed the company to support that scaling effort.
