About

Sircel is an Australian e-waste recycler that extracts high-value metals such as gold and copper from discarded electronics and solar panels.

Mission

Founded in 2018, Sircel operates recycling facilities in Villawood, Parkes, Dandenong and Yatala, and partners with downstream vendors across Adelaide, Darwin and Perth. The company’s proprietary processes recover high-value metals—gold, copper and others—from end-of-life electronics, computers, mobile phones and solar panels. Management is now scaling a fast-growing solar-panel recycling division while expanding geographically to meet Australia’s rising e-waste volumes. Sircel projects FY26 revenue of $75 million and EBITDA of $13.2 million based on its current run-rate. Leadership was recently strengthened with former manufacturing executive Brendon Wright as COO and marketing strategist Angie Bradbury as Chairperson. Backed by Tectonic Investment Management, Sircel positions itself as a crucial player in Australia’s circular-economy push and benchmarks against listed advanced-metals peers IperionX, Metal Powder Works and Titomic. Proceeds from the current financing will be allocated to high-yield recycling capacity, geographic expansion and solar-panel recycling scale-up.
