Mission

3ME Technology has been operating for more than 15 years and specialises in developing systems for electric vehicles and high‑performance lithium‑ion batteries. Its core product includes a cell‑level battery management system that can be retrofitted to large diesel‑powered vehicles. The company has seen growing demand for its systems in the mining, defence and aerospace industries. Management plans to use new capital to expand production facilities, conduct additional research and development, and move into new sectors. CEO Justin Bain has said the company has faced challenges accessing growth capital while retaining control. The recent investment is intended to support scaling production to address safety and environmental problems across multiple industries.
