The company serves more than one million users globally and has doubled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in four years to FY2025. Accel-KKR has made an investment that gives it majority ownership alongside management. The deal is intended to accelerate expansion of INX’s risk, compliance, logistics, training and reporting technology business.
