Mission

Switchboard provides a cloud integration platform designed to make IT system integration accessible to small and mid-sized supply chain players. The product automates communication among customers, suppliers, logistics providers and other trading partners to improve operational efficiency. It focuses on truckload optimization, reducing costs per consignment and staffing, and delivering more precise demand forecasts. Founder Hugh Dixson, drawing on experience at Ofload, Uber and Boston Consulting Group, launched the company in August 2022 to address lagging digital adoption in logistics. The company reports rapid traction in manufacturing, retail and food & beverage sectors and plans to expand its customer base and global presence. Financially, Switchboard recently raised A$1.5M to support product development and growth.
