Mission

CleanPeak Energy is an Australian specialist renewable energy company that designs, builds, owns and operates integrated solar, battery and thermal assets for industrial and commercial customers. The company supplies fully financed solar-and-storage systems to blue‑chip corporates and operates over 50 distributed generation sites across Australia. Its operating portfolio includes over 140 MW of solar assets, 35 MWh of battery energy storage, more than 40 MW of rooftop solar and 100 MW of utility solar, and microgrids serving over 1,000,000 square meters of floorspace. CleanPeak is delivering over $200M of construction projects and has a pipeline of 100 MW of solar and 300 MWh of battery projects. The company has internal EPC capability and proprietary asset‑management IT systems and holds a retail electricity license that allows it to supply power directly to end users. CleanPeak plans to expand its distributed solar, battery storage and micro‑grid solutions for the commercial and industrial sector, with growth to be supported by a strategic capital partnership.
