Navi Medical Technology develops the Neonav ECG Tip Location System, a pediatric-focused medical device designed to provide real-time catheter tip location. The Neonav connects to a standard catheter, captures cardiac electrical signals, and uses a proprietary algorithm to display tip position during insertion and for ongoing surveillance. The device has been designated a Breakthrough innovation by the US FDA and is in advanced stages of development. Navi recently completed a $2.4 million funding round to support the next phase of work. The company plans to use the proceeds to finish product development and run a major clinical trial aimed at obtaining FDA approval. After regulatory approval, Navi intends to establish manufacturing and logistics capabilities in preparation for entry into the U.S. market.
