Mission

Clearwater Wellness develops smart recovery products, debuting with SnowCap, a thermoelectric ice bath that can cool or heat water between 1.5 °C and 40 °C without ice, compressors, or plumbing. The unit applies patented solid-state Peltier technology similar to that used in electric vehicles and aerospace systems, delivering whisper-quiet, energy-efficient operation. In its first eight weeks on the market SnowCap generated A$700,000 in pre-sales, validating early demand from homes, gyms, and recovery studios. The company holds patents covering 158 countries and positions SnowCap as both a performance tool and a design statement. Future plans include rolling out SnowCap V2 with enhanced app functionality and expanding into the U.S., Canada, and Europe over the next 12 months. Clearwater has brought on former Australian cricket captain Tim Paine as a founding partner to add elite-sport insight and assist with global growth. The firm was founded by Dr Matthew Guest, Max Chapman, and Laynton Allan and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
